Foundations

The Port Washington Table Tennis Club was founded in 2002 by current owner Li Tsang. Having had played in many metropolitan and nearby suburban table tennis clubs before, he noticed two innate problems in many table tennis establishments: deficiencies in the clubs' environments and a lack of youth programs. Thus, PWTTC was established, with high-standards in mind, in the peaceful community of Port Washington.

Facilities

All of the four-thousand square feet in PWTTC is on hardwood maple flooring, creating an optimum environment for table tennis movement. Through our sponsor Stiga, we have eight performance tables, with one equipped with a table-tennis robot. PWTTC is complete with lockers, showers, wall padding, and a discount vending machine.

Getting to PWTTC

PWTTC is easily accessible by both car and public transportation. The end of the Port Washington Long Island Rail Road line is located near the club. On-site parking is available for those who are travelling by car.

From the Long Island Expressway (Interstate 495, Eastbound): Exit on Exit 36 Searingtown Road, turn left at the first traffic light. Keep on Searingtown road until the two lanes become one, at Main Street. A few blocks after Main Street, turn left onto Harbor Rd. PWTTC is the pink building on the left side of the road.
